In short: Brbarber ships professional cutting, thinning and texturizing scissors worldwide. Shipping is always free to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and all European Union countries. Orders of $69 USD or more ship free to many other selected countries with a population over 10 million, including the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars (USD).

All other countries: weight-based rate
For destinations not listed above (and not on the restricted list), shipping costs $20 USD for a parcel up to 1 kg, plus $5 USD for every additional 100 g.
Example: a parcel weighing 1.3 kg costs $20 + (3 × $5) = $35 USD.
A single pair of shears in its case typically weighs well under 1 kg, so most single-item orders to these countries cost $20 USD.
Countries we do not ship to
We currently cannot ship to: mainland China, India, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Yemen, Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan and Somalia. Orders with a delivery address in these locations cannot be completed at checkout.
Processing (handling) time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
Engraved items (+$10 engraving) need additional processing time before dispatch.
Bulk private-label / OEM orders (minimum 50 pieces) have a production lead time of 60–80 days before shipping, as stated on the product page. Shipping terms for bulk orders are quoted separately.

Carriers and tracking
We ship with major carriers such as UPS, USPS or equivalent partners. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Customs duties and taxes
Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Address accuracy

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
- Delayed: if tracking has not updated for an extended period after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- Lost: if a parcel is confirmed lost, contact us so we can arrange a remedy. Please report it promptly after the estimated delivery date.

Do you offer free shipping to the US and Canada?
Yes. Every order shipped to the United States or Canada ships free, with no minimum order value. Mexico, Australia and all EU countries also receive free shipping on every order.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. Orders to the UK of $69 USD or more ship free. Orders under $69 use the weight-based rate ($20 USD for up to 1 kg, plus $5 USD per additional 100 g).
How much is shipping to countries not on the free-shipping list?
$20 USD for a parcel up to 1 kg, plus $5 USD for each additional 100 g. Most single-shear orders weigh under 1 kg and cost $20 USD.
